These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of photography services by Love and Escapism Ltd (trading as DevantayJ). By paying a deposit or invoice, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

1. Services Provided

Love and Escapism Ltd agrees to provide the photography services and deliverables as described in the accompanying invoice.

2. Payments and Deposit

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking. The session date is reserved only upon receipt of this deposit.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full before the delivery of the final edited images. A 10% late fee will be incurred after delivery.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellation after the session is reserved results in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Cancellation less than 48 hours before the session requires payment of the full package price.

• Rescheduling 48+ hours in advance incurs a 25% rescheduling fee.

• Rescheduling under 48 hours may result in deposit forfeiture or an additional fee.

• In the case of emergency, the Client may reschedule within 14 days with proof provided.

4. Copyright, Usage and Liability

• Love and Escapism Ltd retains full copyright of all images.

• The Client is granted usage as agreed in writing only. Any other use requires written approval.

• The Client agrees to credit DevantayJ whenever images are shared or published.

• The Client grants Love and Escapism Ltd permission to use images for promotional purposes unless specified otherwise in writing.

• In the event of technical malfunctions or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of the paid amount.

• Love and Escapism Ltd is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury during the provision of services.

• The Client agrees to indemnify Love and Escapism Ltd against claims arising from misuse of images.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Love and Escapism Ltd and the Client. By paying the deposit or invoice, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
